He was Captain of 3rd Co., 23rd Reg. in the Revolutionary War.

He married Elizabeth Gilbert, daughter of Ezekiel Gilbert & Patience Harris, on 29 Oct 1745. Born on 15 Jan 1724. Died on 24 Sep 1809.

Edward, I think, was Captain of a vessel which left Surinam, S. A., Feb. 10, 1756 and never heard from.

He married Hannah Clark, daughter of Cheney Clark & Elizabeth Hall. Born on 16 May 1727. Died on 7 Apr 1778.

Hannah was married second on March 16, 1761 to William Cleaver and they had four children.

She married Timothy Boardman, son of Timothy Boardman & Hannah Crane, on 14 Nov 1751. Born on 27 Dec 1727. Died on 5 May 1792.

He was Deacon at Middletown, Conn., First Church.

She first married Asa Payson, son of Jonathan Payson & Mary Cook, on 24 Oct 1754. Born on 11 May 1724. Died on 2 Apr 1757.

They had the following children:

She married John Flynn, on 23 Jun 1778.
ii.  Asa. Born on 10 Apr 1756.
He married Lucy Bishop.
