Research: Note that it is unknown at present who the mother of Moses' children was. Since Mariah died in 1929 and he did not marry Clarissa until 1845, it is probable that all his chidren were by an as yet unknown wife between these two. Information would be appreciated.

He first married Mariah (or Marela) HEARE, on 9 Feb 1827 in Penfield, Wayne Co., NY. Born abt 1806 in Palmyra, Wayne Co., NY poss. Died ? 12 Dec 1829 in Manlius, Onondago Co., NY.
